SG E3 2011: What We Hope For

With E3 only a week away, I polled the staff to see what everyone wants announced at this year’s event (even if some of their wanted games resort to wishful thinking). I personally hope for a Kingdom Hearts 3 considering the handheld games have disappointed me, as well as some word on Resident Evil 6. But both seem unlikely, especially with Capcom working on 3 separate RE titles: The Mercenaries, Revelations, and Operation Raccoon City. But oh well, those are just my wishes, let’s see what the rest of the staff hopes for!

I think we all know that the main thing we want to see announced at E3 is an update on what is happening with the Vitality sensor 🙂 Game wise, Brute Force 2! Well that or the next Rainbow Six (only one of those isn’t sarcastic). Ooh and Mirror’s Edge 2!

That right there just further cements the stigma Frawlz gets about games… that’s why he came back with:

God of War 4… And PSP remake of the series as PS3 games.

I’m hoping that Microsoft does a complete knee-jerk and ill-thought out reveal of the Xbox 720 in reaction to Nintendo’s Project Cafe/Feel.

But, heck, that’s pretty unlikely.  So, erm, I suppose I’ll have to hope that Square might announce porting some of the PS1/2 Final Fantasy games to the 3DS.  T’would be awesome.

Downloadable PS2 games on the PSN.  As far as games go, I can’t think of any game announcements, but I want to see more of Sly 4.

KotOR 3 (no, not the MMO), Star Wars Battlefront 3, E.T. remake with 3D and motion controls.

Short, sweet, and to the point. The rest of the staff either doesn’t care about E3 or simply ignored my e-mail… which means their opinions don’t matter! So what about you SG Community? What are you hoping comes out of E3 2011?
